24 HOUR DELEGATE RATE

Includes:  Two servings of tea/coffee and biscuits, four course dinner, overnight accommodation, traditional full English breakfast, newspapers, three course or buffet lunch and flowers in The Morning and Drawing Rooms. 

 

DAY DELEGATE RATE

Includes: Use of Boardroomm and other Reception Rooms, two servings of tea/coffee and biscuits and flowers in The Morning and Drawing Rooms.

 

DINNER AND OVERNIGHT RATE

Includes:  Four course gala dinner, overnight accommodation, traditional full English breakfast, newspapers and flowers in The Morning and Drawing Rooms.

 

GALA DINNER RATE

Includes:  Four course dinner and flowers in The Morning and Drawing Rooms.  

 

NOTES

  • All cocktails, wines and liqueurs are charged on a consumption basis.
  • A minimum of 25 persons are chargeable with all events.
  • All prices quoted exclude VAT charged at the current rate.
  • A more detailed quotation will be provided upon request to incorporate any other requirements you may have.


GOLF

Golf is available to residents of Brocket Hall. Booking of tee-times is subject to availability.

There are 30 individually designed and decorated en-suite guest rooms within Brocket Hall (including 8 principal suites).  Melbourne Lodge has 16 guest rooms each with en-suite bathrooms.  Total number of guest rooms:  42 doubles/twins and 4 singles.  Maximum occupancy:  88 guests.

Dedicated telephone and fax lines can be made available on request with advance notice. We have 3-phase power and can obtain ISDN lines, broadband and wireless connections.

THE MARQUEE SITE

A purpose designed area, measuring 60m x 20m, for the siting of a clear span structure is available. A covered walk way connects the marquee to Brocket Hall.  It Hall, it provides an ideal venue for banquets, presentations and product launches and weddings. Prices on application. 


PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS

A booking is deemed provisional until a signed copy of our Booking Agreement is returned together with the deposit required. Brocket Hall will accept a provisional booking but should another client subsequently wish to book and confirm the same dates, you will be asked to confirm your reservation, by deposit, within 24 hours. Brocket Hall reserve the right to release the provisional booking if the deposit and agreement are not received within the 24 hour period.


CONFIRMATION / DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

A deposit of 50% of the estimated booking value plus vat is required to secure any date with a signed copy of our booking agreement.
